Making a yard duty timetable can be really difficult, balancing up everyone’s time as fairly as possible. I’ve created a Yard Duty Timetable Generator that takes in all your staff’s names as well as some other simple information and generates the first draft of a yard duty timetable. You can then drag and drop the names around the visual timetable and the app shows you exactly how much everyone is doing. Once you’re happy you can export it to Excel and make some final adjustments.
