Overview

In this lesson, you’ll create your Riabo account, verify your email address and set up your school organisation.

This only needs to be done once. Once your school has been created, you’ll be ready to start personalising Riabo and inviting your staff.

Step 1: Start Your Free Trial

Visit the Riabo homepage and click Start Free Trial.

Select School as your organisation type and click Continue.

Enter your name, email address and password before clicking Create Your Account.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

Riabo will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

Open the email and click Confirm My Account.

Once your email has been verified, return to Riabo and sign in using your email address and password.

Step 3: Create Your School

The first time you sign in, you’ll be asked to create your organisation.

Enter your:

• School name
• Roll number

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions before clicking Create Organisation.

After a few moments, your school will be ready to use.

Your Free Trial

Every new school starts with a 30-day free trial, giving you full access to Riabo’s features.

If your school has a Policy Plus subscription with SchoolPolicy.ie, Riabo is included at no additional cost. Simply request an activation code and enter it later under Settings → Subscription.

Onboarding Checklist

Once your school has been created, Riabo will display an onboarding checklist to guide you through the remaining setup tasks.

You can complete these immediately or skip them and return later. We recommend working through each step in order, as it will help you get the most from Riabo.

• Created your Riabo account
• Verified your email address
• Created your school organisation
• Reached the onboarding checklist

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to personalise Riabo for your school.
